Forever Jewels is a fine jewellery company of 28 years, launched by a husband and wife duo in Singapore. We sell and supply jewellery to distributors and retailers, and have also begun launching programs in both B2B and B2C online.

Membership

  2. Wait 1-2 business days for approval
  3. Once approved, you will receive an email containing your login details. You may login and start shopping!

Orders

  1. Ordering on foreverjewels.com is safe and secured. Click ‘Add to Cart’ on the item you would like to purchase, it will be placed in the cart. You can continue shopping or view your cart and continue through the checkout process to complete your order.
  2. At the checkout section, you will be able to choose to pay the full amount, or 50 percent of the total amount twice. If you have chosen the option to pay 50 percent of the full amount, you will receive an email to complete the payment of the second 50 percent once your order is ready to be shipped. Once you have made the full payment, we will ship your order.
  3. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your order is placed, and another email after your order is shipped out of our warehouse to our delivery partners.
  4. Your wishlist items will be kept for as long as the product is available. However, these items are not placed on hold and subject to stock availability.

Any extra help needed regarding any product or your purchase, you can either contact our team via email or WhatsApp here. Our team is available to all of your questions and concerns, and will not hesitate to answer any inquiries you may have.

There is no option to cancel your order once it has been placed. For any requests for modifications to orders, please contact our customer service officer.

Yes, upon your request, we can provide you with regular updates on the production stages, estimated completion dates, and shipping status through the representative assigned to your account, ensuring transparency and accountability in the production process.

Payment

Our product prices are tied to the global gold market. As the price of gold fluctuates daily, our product prices will adjust accordingly.

When you arrive at the checkout section, you will be able to choose 2 payment options.

  1. Pay the full amount at the checkout.
  2. Pay 50 percent of the total amount twice. The first 50 percent of the payment will be done during your checkout, and you will receive an email to complete the payment of the second 50 percent once your order is ready to be shipped. Once you have made the full payment, we will ship your order. Cancellation of order or a refund request is not permitted.

We use FedEx International Priority service to safely ship our jewellery around the world. The shipment is trackable on FedEx.com the entire way and we monitor all shipments through to delivery. FedEx will perform all customs clearance for you and deliver to your address.

A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order has shipped, or click here to track your order.

All orders are shipped from our logistics center in Hong Kong.

The estimated manufacturing time will be shown during the checkout, as well as a list of countries and itsestimated delivery time. The estimated delivery time will be the combination of both the estimatedmanufacturing time and the country’s estimated delivery time.

Engraving

Yes, you can request to engrave your company name onto the products. However, it is only applicable for products that are not branded. Non-branded products are identified through the top left corner of each product. If there is no brand name on the product, engraving can be done.

To request for engraving, please comment your requests in the notes section during the checkout, and upload your company logo onto the appropriate field provided.

Engraving costs are complimentary.

Refund / Damaged Goods

There is no option for a refund or exchange. However, there is only an option for a replacement of damaged goods. Damaged goods will need to be reported within 3 days upon receiving your order.

In any special case where a partial refund is being made, refunds will be processed as credits into your account, which you will be able to use for future orders.

Faulty or damaged goods will need to be reported within 3 days upon receiving your order. You will need to contact our customer service with these information:

1. Your order number
2. The specific quantity of faulty or damaged items
3. One or more photo(s) of the faulty or damaged items
4. A brief description of the fault or damage identified

To be eligible for a replacement, faulty or damaged items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within two days of receiving your order. Forever Jewels is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Quality & Materials

Our platform conducts quality control checks within our own factories as well as at our suppliers’ factories to help maintain high product standards. It allows us to define quality checkpoints, conduct inspections, and track any quality issues. This ensures that only products meeting our specified quality criteria are shipped to customers.

All Forever Jewels products are manufactured using 14K and 18K Gold and natural stones.

All diamonds and stones/crystals used in our products are all natural.

For diamonds below 0.1 carat, we use VS to SI quality.
