Engraving
Yes, you can request to engrave your company name onto the products. However, it is only applicable for products that are not branded. For more information, please find them in the product section of. If yes to the previous question -> Is there any additional charge for engraving?
Refund / Damaged Goods
Under what conditions can customers return for a refund or exchange their orders? Need to be specific, number or percentage of quantity needs to be specified.
To be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days. To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within two days of receiving your order. Forever Jewels is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
